THIS CLASS WILL BRING YOU BACK TO PRIMAL MOVEMENT PATTERNS AND IS GREAT AT CREATING FREEDOM IN TERMS OF MOVEMENT
Join us as we explore different ways to move across the floor from one point to another rather than just staying on your mat like in a yoga class.
We do this by applying different movement patterns, these can be as simple as crawling from one point to another on all fours, to much more complex patterns that challenge your mobility, strength, co-ordination, and body control capacity.
BE ACTIVE WITH CONSTANT PRIMAL MOVEMENT PATTERNS
This class is for anyone who wants to improve their movement quality, have fun with others, and challenge their minds.
The structure of the class starts with wrist preparation, followed by a physical game to excite your co-ordination, we then get into practicing a few of the more complex patterns, and then string 3-4 basic patterns together to work on for body control and fluidity of movement. Lastly we usually finish with some kind of cool down be it mediation or partner stretching.
