STRONGMAN IS A DYNAMIC AND FUN COMMUNITY-INSPIRED CLASS
GREAT FOR BEGINNERS ALL THE WAY THROUGH ADVANCED
Train at your own respective weight switching stations every few minutes. You won’t get bored coming back for strongman training classes as every week is a different routine.
You can expect anything from sprinting lengths on the grass turf while pushing the prowler, flipping tires, to kettlebell swings.
And don’t worry, we carefully walk-through each exercise at the beginning of every strongman session, and always cool down with a group stretch and savasana.
