OUR UNIQUE CLASSES HAVE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
YOGA
Our studio mainly practices Vinyasa yoga that links together dynamic postures through the breath. With choices of either room temperature or warm 30 degree classes, as well as slower paced and regular flow classes, you’ll find something to suit wherever you may be at with your practice.
Yoga provides many benefits including muscular stability, detoxification and blood flow, increased flexibility, and stress management.
It’s almost impossible to walk out of a class without feeling better than when you went in.
STRONGMAN
Strongman is a dynamic and fun community-inspired class designed for fat loss and strength gain. Best of all it caters to people of all fitness levels. Train at your own respective weight switching stations every few minutes.
You won’t get bored coming back for classes as every week is a different routine.
Great for beginners all the way through to the advanced.
YIN YOGA
A rejuvenating deep stretching class where you take some time to focus internally learning to quiet your mind. Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to more intense exercise styles.
It’s especially popular for those with busy lifestyles looking to find a quiet 60min to escape the stress of life, stretch, and slow down.
This is the ultimate relaxation class.
PRIMAL BURN
Keeps you active with constant primal movement patterns. This will get you moving exactly how the human body was designed to as you incorporate body weight animal locomotion patterns. Get a great sweat whilst you mobilise fat and discover ways of moving you’ve long since forgotten.
Great For: Shedding Body Fat, Increasing Blood Flow and Transportation of Nutrients Around the Body, Joint Health, and Enhancing Cognitive Function.
GYMNASTIC STRENGTH
A community inspired basic gymnastic strength class which includes skill based activities, and helps you enhance movement through the spine whilst working on areas with a limited range of motion.
Great For: Enhancing Strength and Mobility in a Greater Range of Positions, Boosting Concentration and Higher Brain Function, and Promotes Spine and Joint Health.
